I coordinated the "how," "when," and "who" of each project, focusing on motivating and supporting my team to develop effective working methods. I aimed to foster a collaborative environment where team members could uplift one another and grow together, contributing to the creation of an outstanding game.

As a Senior Project Manager at Demonware, I acted as the main contact for partner studios and internal teams, overseeing multiple development teams. I ensured that client and studio requirements were clearly defined and executed beyond expectations while maintaining strong client relationships. I communicated project statuses to key stakeholders and facilitated transparent communication within internal and external teams. I identified risks and recommended solutions, created and maintained schedules and resource plans, and continuously improved best practices throughout the development environment

By anticipating and communicating potential roadblocks, I ensured alignment of goals and milestones, while driving partnerships with central teams for timely tech delivery.

My focus was on maintaining high levels of engagement and productivity, ensuring projects met deadlines and quality expectations while fostering a collaborative environment where team members could grow.

As a freelance producer for Voids Within, I oversaw and managed schedules, milestones, and resources across all studio projects. My role included leading team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, setting the pace and tone for team communications and collaboration. I coordinated efforts internally and externally, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders. Additionally, I assisted with documenting processes, features, and bugs, facilitated communication through workflows and tools, captured bugs from community feedback and testing, and engaged with the community. I also consulted on the business roadmap, budget, resourcing, and development strategy to ensure project success.
